Return Policy

We will be as fair as possible in our return policies.  Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is unused, in the original package and in new condition for your choice of 1) store credit  2)equal exchange or 3)refund less 15% restocking fee.  In any of the three choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded.  Please contact us at 1-888-348-3642 to receive a return authorization (RA) number.  This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All exchanges must be shipped via UPS.
